Electrical Safety Plan Membership Agreement

​

 

1. Membership Overview This Electrical Safety Plan is an annual service agreement provided by One Stop Electrical LLC (“Company”) to the customer (“Member”). The Plan provides preventative maintenance, priority service, and limited repair benefits for residential electrical systems.

​

2. Term This agreement is valid for **one (1) year** from the date of purchase and will **automatically renew annually** unless canceled by the Member prior to the renewal date.

3. Membership Benefits During the active term, the Member will receive:* No service call fees during normal business hours* One (1) annual whole-home electrical safety inspection* GFCI and AFCI testing (where accessible)* **Smoke alarm testing and basic functionality check (where accessible) One (1) free minor electrical repair per year* 10% discount on additional repairs* Priority scheduling over non-members

4. Free Repair Coverage The included free repair covers minor electrical work only (up to 1 hour of labor). Parts and materials may be additional.**Examples include common outlet, switch, or GFCI issues.**The following are NOT included:*** Panel replacements or major panel repairs* Whole-home rewiring* New installations or upgrades* Troubleshooting of complex or multi-system issues* Material costs exceeding standard minor repair scope If additional work is required, the Member will be provided pricing before work begins.

5. Additional Charges* Parts, materials, and labor beyond the included minor repair are not covered* After-hours or emergency service may be subject to additional fees* Non-standard or hazardous conditions may result in additional charges

6. Property Eligibility Plan is valid for **single-family residential properties only** Commercial properties, multi-family units, and rental portfolios are excluded unless approved in writing

​

7. Scheduling & Access* Member agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for scheduled services* Annual inspections must be scheduled during the membership term and do not roll over

​

8. Non-Transferable This Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the service address listed at the time of purchase.

​

9. Cancellation Policy* Membership fees are non-refundable after 30 days* Company reserves the right to cancel membership due to misuse, unsafe conditions, or abuse of services

​

10. Limitation of Liability Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or failures outside the scope of services provided under this Plan.

11. Agreement Acceptance By signing below, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
